On Lined is a permanent meeting center to discuss the main issues in relation with education and technologies. We have eight main areas

We discussed each area with experts around the world.

On Oct 20th and 21th we will present the results of the discutions at Hotel Melia Caracas(Venezuela).
All the participants will receive and eCard with the "papers" presented by the experts and the conclusions in each area.
Also, we will enforce the "Virtual Education Network".
